You don’t have to be a fitness professional to know that there is a lot of conflicting information out there!  It can be overwhelming, confusing and exhausting.  Sometimes we just need to sit down with someone who knows the ins and outs of nutrition and can simply tell us what to do and how to do it to reach OUR goals.  Nutrition Consultations are for exactly that.  We can design these sessions to whatever it is YOU are in need of.

For your nutrition coaching sessions we can meet in-person or virtually one-to-one for a 90 minute coaching session.

Before our time together I’ll send you a survey that will help me determine where you need to most help and where you want to focus so we and get right to work during our time together.

In this power session we will lay the ground work for a foundation of healthy eating for a lifetime. I will get to know you, where you are starting from and your current eating habits so we can start you off on a healthier path right away.

We’ll address key areas where dietary changes can be implemented, and set short- and long-term goals.

We’ll follow up with emails, and in two weeks we’ll meet again for a free 30 minute session follow up phone session.

We’ll cover lifestyle habits and overcoming obstacles that can affect your progress to a healthier, more productive life, including

Good morning, Missi! In case you didn’t know…you REALLY know what you’re talking about, when it comes to nutrition!! J Although I haven’t been using the meal tracker online, I have changed my nutrition considerably—reducing fruits to two or less per day, and at more appropriate times, based on exercise intensity levels. I’ve made some of the delicious meals from the personalized cookbook you emailed me, too.

So, wanted you to know that I’ve lost FOUR (and ½) pounds this week! Vegetables coming out my ears!
