In this 8 week program I will walk you through complete dietary overhaul. We will lay out a roadmap and I will walk the path with you until you have the confidence to eat clean and create your own healthy meal plans all on your own. Doesn’t that sound like a relief?
Before our time together I’ll send you a survey that will help me determine where you need to most help and where you want to focus so we and get right to work during our time together.
At each weekly session we’ll cover a specific topic, you’ll get any handouts, resources, worksheets, videos and webinars that support that weeks topic. Plus, we’ll save time for any questions you have since our last session

HOW TO GET STARTED
STEP 1:
Join today and you will immediately be sent a questionnaire that will teach me all that I want to know about your goals , what you’ve tried before, what’s worked…what hasn’t.
I want to hear all about you and the challenges you think we’ll run into soo we can work together to create ways to overcome the obstacles that have held you back in the past
STEP 2:
We will connect and one of our coaches will get you scheduled to jump right in to your first session - Your coach will put together a plan tailored to meet you where you are, and set you up for success right from the start. Your meetings will be via Zoom right from your home.
STEP 3:
We will work with you every day through the course of your program.
You’ll get personalized, expert coaching and accountability 2x a week as your coach will communicate with you via Voxer, Text or Email to check in with you on your habits until your next live coaching session.
Your coach will challenge you to stay on track and give you encouragement to stick with it, and you’ll soon find it’s the highly-personal coaching that makes all the difference.
STEP 4: GET RESULTS
Most programs only focus on what you’re eating, but we know getting fit ultimately comes down to what’s going on in our minds — which is why our focus is on changing your Mindset, Psychology, Hormones & Habits. When you learn these tools you can achieve your goals faster and make sticking to the plan easier (not harder) as time goes on..
