For fat loss supplements, apple cider vinegar is the way to go!
Apple Cider Vinegar is one of the simplest natural weight loss tools you can get your hands on. According to Gallup polls 51% of adults are trying to lose weight and while one-third of Americans classify themselves as overweight, only 25% of them are doing anything to actively change that.
It is very important to remember that simply adding apple cider vinegar to a regular diet of processed foods won’t do the trick. You must be eating a healthy balanced diet of:

Begin to adopt a diet of fresh organic (whenever possible) fruits and vegetables, raw salads and sprouts, raw nuts and seeds, brown rice, beans and plenty of lean protein to help keep your muscle that will use your fat for fuel.

Drink it with you meals 3x a day:
