I absolutely loved the Little Black Dress program!  I went in feeling apprehensive, I was so out of shape and didn’t think I would be able to do any of the exercises the wonderful trainers had planned for me.  But… I surprised myself!  At first it was difficult but now I just finished my 7th week at the gym and am feeling stronger every day.
