If you are looking for motivation to reach your fitness goals and a fun way to do it, the MBF Outdoor Bootcamp will take you there!
We'll be meeting up at fun, beautiful locations around Sandpoint
Our SUMMERTIME STRONG program is designed to help you to take consistent action so that you achIeve the success you’re looking for.
It’s our lightened up version of the “75 Hard” program you may have heard about in the past year.
We’ll give you 6 simple “rules” to help you create healthy habits
- Choose foods that fuel your body properly 90% of the time (We’ll even give you an exact meal plan to follow)
- Workout 4x a week at least a half hour (2 sessions at our Outdoor Bootcamp and 2 on your own… We’ll give you home workouts to do!)
- Take a picture on Day 1 & Day 14 & Day 28
- Drink half your body weight in ounces of water per day
- Daily Self Appreciation - You’ll write down 3 wins or 3 things you love about yourself each day (of a mix of each!)
- Read or listen to 10 minutes of personal development a day (preferably with your feet up in a hammock, in a lunge chair at the beach or floating on a boat!
The Details:
- Class Days/Times: Tuesdays/Thursdays @ 7am
- Location: Workout locations will vary to some of most of the scenic spots around town.
- Weather: If weather limits our outside workout we will take the workout to the gym
- Make Up sessions: If you miss an outdoor workout you can attend any of our in studio workouts as a make up session

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
Each participant will need to bring a bottle of water and a beach towel… And that’s it! You’ll use the towel for exercises that may be on the ground.
WHEN DOES SUMMER STRONG START?
There are 2 round of the SUMMER STRONG program.
ROUND 1: June 7th – June 30th (4 weeks)
ROUND 2: July 5th – July 28th (4 weeks)
ROUND 3: August 2nd – August 25th (4 weeks)
WHEN ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The outdoor workouts will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7am – before the heat starts!
HOW LONG IS EACH WORKOUT?
Each workout is 60 minutes
CAN I SIGN UP FOR MORE THAN ONE ROUND?
Absolutely! We set it up for 2 4 week rounds just to allow more flexibility for summertime vacations and travel. You can definitely sign up or two rounds and stick around for June and July sessions
WHERE ARE THE WORKOUTS?
The Summer Strong workouts will be at various beautiful locations around Sandpoint:
- Memorial Field
- Travers Park
- Lakeview park playground
- Sandcreek Trail
- The boardwalk on Sandcreek behind the Panida.
When you sign up you will receive a workout location calendar so you know exactly where we will be meeting each day
WHAT IF THE WEATHER IS BAD?
In the case of bad weather we will take our workouts to one of our locations that has cover OR to the studio for some indoor fun. We don’t anticipate this happening very often but… You know North Idaho weather
WHAT IF I HAVE TO MISS A SESSION?
If for some reason you have to miss a session you are welcome to do a “make up” session at one of our many in studio workouts.
ALL make up sessions must be done before the end of the program. They may not roll over beyond the end date of your program If you are signing up for 2 rounds you have the full 8 weeks to make up your missed sessions.
HOW DO I KNOW IF I CAN KEEP UP?
It is always our practice to hop on the phone with every potential client. We want to make sure you are signing up for the right program for your fitness level and your goals. We’ll ask you just the right questions to help us help you.
I HAVE A MINOR INJURY, CAN YOU ACCOMMODATE THAT?
Yep! We will create modifications for you…That’s what we do here! On our phone chat we will about those injuries just to make sure it something we can work around in the outdoor setting.
